Dan is a co-founder and director of Burns Brier, with more than 25 years of experience spanning international business and elite sport.
He has been a junior national athlete, a police officer, an Olympic ski and snowboard coach, a sports agent, a director of sports performance and a marketing professional. He has also owned businesses selling products and services in the UK and internationally.
That mix gives Dan an unusual perspective. He has designed and run elite national sports programmes that supported Olympic athletes, and as an agent he secured multi-year deals with some of the world’s best-known brands. Alongside that, he has helped launch and grow several businesses trading at home and abroad.
